Is each instance a dedicated physical Mac?

Plans are delivered asstandalone Mac hardwarefor remote development, builds, and desktop use. Whether the full machine is exclusive and how resources are isolated is defined in yourcontract and delivery notes; after login, check specs and connection details in the console.

Is bandwidth and IP dedicated?

Plans are advertised with1 Gbps dedicated bandwidthanda dedicated IPv4(see the pricing page andplan details). Shared tiers, if any, are labeled on checkout and in your order.

Which data center regions are available?

At checkout you can choose:Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, US East, and more (full list on the pricing page). Your IP and egress follow the region you select. More inplan details.

What is multi-Mac clustering? (Thunderbolt 5)

An optionalThunderbolt 5high-speed link between machines viaadd-onfor multi-node workflows. On thepricing page, enable the parallel/cluster add-on to bill it with your host on the same cycle. Rates are in theplan detailsadd-ons table.

Remote access

How do I connect with VNC?

After provisioning, sign in toMy Account, open the machine card, thenVNCor launchRemote Desktop (VNC)and follow the order ID and token shown. Do not share connection details publicly.

Do you support SSH key login?

Yes. In the console, open the machine card for thesample SSH command(host, port, username). Prefer RSA/Ed25519 keys and disable password login. Never upload private keys to untrusted systems.

Mac mini remote desktop (VNC) feels slow—what can I do?

Pick adata centercloser to your team; cross-border latency varies by route and time of day. Use VNC for GUI work andSSHSSHRemote Desktop (VNC)for large transfers and scripts. See also the help topics and console connection notes.

Dev environment & CI

No local Mac—can I still do iOS / Xcode development?

Yes. From Windows or Linux, connect to acloud Macin the browser and run full Xcode for build, sign, and debug. Order on thepricing pagepricing page, then useVNC or SSHafter provisioning.

Can I run a self-hosted macOS GitHub Actions runner?

Yes. Install GitHub's self-hosted runner on a dedicated Mac mini instance for stable Apple Silicon builds; Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Fastlane work too. Follow GitHub's docs and your team's security policy for tokens and repo access.

Console operations

How do I power on, shut down, or reboot?

In My Machines, usepower actions(on / off / reboot). These sync withsupport tickets—ops completes the request and updates status; not an instant hypervisor button.

Where do I see hardware details?

Sign in toMy Account, then underOverview / My Machinesview CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and connection links.

Billing & orders

How long until my instance is ready?

After payment, provisioning goes throughtickets and setup. Timing depends onstock, review, and configuration. Track progress in your order and console; email or in-app notice when ready (if enabled).

How do I renew or cancel a subscription?

In theconsolebilling area, revieworder status, billing cycle, expiry, and renewal history.Weekly / monthly / quarterlyplans auto-renew unless cancelled before expiry;dailyplans are one-off—when they end, the instance is released and storage is wiped per plan terms.
