Billing & order information

Daily — one-time purchase
Billed per calendar day. Provisioned on payment and closed automatically at expiry —no auto-renewal. Ideal for short-term testing, one-off build tasks, or evaluation.
Weekly / monthly / quarterly — subscription billing
Subscription-based. If you do notactively cancelin account settings before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically for the same cycle. Keep your payment method valid — non-payment will suspend the instance.
Add-ons billed together
SSD and Thunderbolt cluster fees follow the same billing cycle as the base plan and are charged in the same invoice — no separate management required.
Currency & taxes
All plan prices are charged inUSDand exclude any taxes that may apply in your region. Payment processing fees are governed by your agreement with your payment provider and are unrelated to ZavCloud.
Invoices & reconciliation
After payment, billing details are available in the console dashboard. For invoices or reconciliation requests, submit a ticket with your company name, tax ID, and other relevant information.
Refund policy
Periods already provisioned and consumed are generally non-refundable. Promotional pricing, customised orders, and suspected abusive orders may be partially or fully ineligible for refunds. Full rules are governed by theTerms of Service.
